To ensure optimal performance of our products during use, Ropecube provides a one-year complimentary warranty for all supplied playground equipment. We commit to providing free maintenance materials and related cost support within the warranty period, guaranteeing the smooth operation of your facilities.
Under the premise of “installation according to official specifications and normal use,” we provide free repair or replacement of parts for structural failures caused by material or manufacturing defects during the warranty period (excluding shipping costs for parts, disassembly fees, etc., subject to specific project circumstances and case-by-case assessment).
Warranty Services Include:
Free provision of parts and materials required for equipment repairs.
Free repairs for failures arising from design, manufacturing, or material issues during the warranty period.
Warranty Services Exclude:
1. Damage from human error or improper use: Repairs resulting from incorrect operation, unsuitable environments, or external factors are the customer's responsibility.
2. Normal wear and tear: Damage resulting from inevitable deterioration or natural aging during regular use.
3. Failure to follow proper maintenance procedures or unauthorized modifications: Damage or malfunctions caused by operating the equipment contrary to the guidelines provided in the product manual.

2. Warranty Coverage: Warranty applies solely to the original customer of the project. All warranties automatically void upon resale, mortgaging, or leasing of equipment to third parties.
3. Warranty Exclusions: Does not cover cosmetic issues, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from misuse/abuse; valid only when official installation and maintenance instructions are strictly followed.
How to Access Warranty Service?
1. Contact After-Sales Support: If equipment malfunctions, immediately contact our after-sales service team for prompt resolution and technical assistance.
2. Provide Proof of Purchase and Project Contract: When requesting warranty service, customers must submit relevant purchase documentation and a copy of the signed contract to ensure service eligibility.
3. Authentic on-site photos or videos must be captured in high definition and submitted to the Ropecube after-sales team.
