Rope playground

Chura Net Park is an immersive outdoor rope playground that brings climbing, crossing, bouncing, balancing and social play together in one open, multi-level structure. Children can explore safe net platforms at different heights while moving through suspended stepping elements, net bridges and bounce zones that encourage balance, coordination, confidence and active play.

The structure uses highly visible red, yellow, blue and green elements to form a lively landmark against Okinawa’s coastal setting. Perimeter safety nets and flexible play surfaces preserve open sightlines while helping support safe play and easy parent supervision. This project demonstrates how a vertical rope-play system can create a rich range of physical and social experiences with a lightweight, visually open design—well suited to beachfront parks, resorts, family attractions and public recreation spaces.
